    • P. Hore Synnott Pedigree (1913), page 11: notes Jane as the daughter of Edward Bloxham of Dublin, gentleman.

On 22 Jul 1737 administration of the estate of William Bloxam of Dublin, tinman, was granted to Jane's son Mark Synnott of Drumcondragh lane, Co Dublin, the next of kin. A transcription of Betham's abstract of the will names Mark as William's brother-in-law, but this information does not appear on the abstract. However, William, along with Edward and John, are named as brothers of Richard's wife Jane in Betham's abstract of the will of the siblings' mother Jane Blockson of Dublin, widow (will dated 3 Oct 1701, probate granted 24 Dec 1717). The abstract also notes that the widow's daughter Jane was the wife of Richard Sinnot.

A memorial of a deed of mortgage dated 5 Dec 1729 was made between John Bloxam of the City of Dublin, gent, of the one part and Mark Synnott of Drummcondragh Lane.

Jane's husband Richard made a will on 28 March 1727. It was proved in May 1727.

Jane's will, dated 7 May 1727, appointed her son Marcus as her executor, and left all her possessions to him:
'In the Name of God Amen
I Jane Synnot Widow Relict of Richard Synnot of Drumcondragh lane Esq. deceised being weak of body but of perfect sound mind and memory blessed be God do make this my last Will and Testament as follows Imprimis I commend my soul into the hands of the Almighty God my Creator in hopes of a Joyful Resurrection through his mercy and the merritts of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body to be interd according to the discretion of my Executor herein after named and as to all my Worldly Estate goods Chattles Rights Creditts and substance whatsoever either in Law or equity I devise leave and bequeath them to my dear son Marcus Synnot whom I appoint Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seale this 7th day of May one thousand seven hundred and Twenty seven 1727 Jane [her mark] Synnot signed & published in the presence of us Richard Lee [his mark] W Bridges'

Probatum et approbratum [probate in latin follows - the will was proved in 1727, possibly 14 June]
